GOALS

  • Engine

    This DSM has a fully built 4G63 engine that came in the vehicle from the factory. This specific engine has been completely rebuilt with quality components including forged rods and pistons and a massive turbo charger making almost 600 horse power.

  • Transmission

    The factory manual transmission and all wheel drive system has been refurbished with quality components making it capable of handling the 600 horse power engine. All wheel drive sets this apart from the run of the mill DSM.

  • Suspension

    The front K-member has been completely replaced with a custom made tubular option with tubular control arms and manual steering rack. The car sits on modified struts with lowering springs that give this DSM an aggressive stance.

  • Wheels

    Jacob selected the high quality ENKEI NT03 cast aluminum wheel for this project. The bright silver finish makes a statement against the unfinished body work. These wheels are wrapped in sticky, track ready tires.

  • Body Mods

    The body is more or less stock with a few mods planned. A full wrap around wing is being prepared while custom brake ducting and Lexan windows will make this a proper race car.

  • Interior

    The interior of this DSM is stark as can be. Everything has been stripped including the carpet, interior panels, rear seats, and headliner. Full racing buckets and some small trim panels will complete the racing interior look.
